• ASFLA10 Pre-conference Institute
  (27-28 September 2010). There will be six workshops for teachers, researchers and students of SFL. The Institute will be held in the Napier Building at the University of Adelaide.
   
• ASFLA10 Conference
  (29 September – 1 October 2010). This three-day conference will be held at the Education Development Centre, Hindmarsh, South Australia.

Conference Theme:

Reading recent developments in SFL: theory and practice

Recognising that South Australia has a particular interest in educational applications, the conference aims to explore reading pedagogy as well as the recently developed national curriculum in Australia, particularly the opportunities that SFL affords teachers and students.

It also offers, more broadly, presentations dealing with developments in the theory and applications of SFL in a range of contexts.
